Team Cohesion and Mental Skills for Coaches and Athletes
I help coaching staffs and athletes come together to develop goals and strategies that will enable success within the team. This includes defining team values, goals, and strategies to create a cohesive and optimal environment for team unity and performance growth opportunities.
Using education, facilitation of group communication, team cohesion activities, and professional feedback, my goal is to strengthen positive/prosocial team culture as well as mental strategies that promote resilience and competitive performance enhancement.
